Excellent Positive: Excellent stay! Clean, stylish, and very comfortable apartment in a great location. The facilities were excellent, check-in was seamless, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Highly recommended and great value for money. Would definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As beautiful as the apartment is, I can’t recommend it for the price. Positive: Location is great and the host responds quickly to queries which is appreciated. Negative: The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Sadly, it’s not being maintained or cleaned. A few obvious issues but not an extensive list: - the floors are dirty both inside the apartment and outside. We had to wear the slippers the whole stay. - outside at night there are too many mosquitos to be able to sit and relax. - during the day flies make it impossible to open the glass doors or enjoy eating outside. We opened the doors this morning and counted over twenty flies in the apartment!! - kitchen sink has black mould. - tiny kitchen bin is not sufficient for you to make a meal and dispose of waste. It’s also not functional as the pedal is broken. - not even a kitchen towel to dry your hands after washing or hand wash soap for the sink. - downstairs toilet floor is filthy and stained. No soap dish. You have to leave the soap bar to mess on the counter. No toilet roll holder. - sofa is very stained. - no sea view at all from the apartment as advertised. - bath tub too dirty to use. - upstairs bathroom sink appears to have a leak. - bathroom floor also stained and dirty. - bed mattress or base is not straight so extremely uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. - check-in at 4pm means it’s too late to enjoy the beach and you need to leave by 11am so not very generous. Also there is zero residents access provided where all apartments in Azure do have beach access, this is not available to guests.

No beach access Positive: Location is great. You are in Mamsha beach with lots of restaurants available Negative: This apartment doesn’t provide access to mamsha beach so you need to pay per day, they do offer a 15% discount. We went from Friday-Sunday and for two people with the discount we ended up spending 900 dirhams on JUST BEACH ACCESS. If l would have known this l would have gone to a hotel. The apartment is spacious, however lots of things could be improved, l asked the host to give me a call a few times so l could say this to them instead of posting it publicly but they didn’t so here it is. The bed is for some reason a lot higher in the middle and both side slop down, which makes for an uncomfortable night sleep, the paint could be refreshed throughout the apartment. They don’t provide a garage access key, so everytime you arrive you need to call the building for someone to come and open it for you. They also provide only one access card for the lift and 1 key for the apartment which is rather annoying when there is two people. In the middle of the night on our second night we got woken up by the strongest smell of chemicals coming from the AC. We were scared and had to sleep with a t-shirt covering our mouth and nose. I also, initially paid the pet fee to go with our dog but we ended up changing our plan and left the dog home but they refused to refund us the fee.

Be aware that if you booked this apartment you will not get your money back even if there will be an adequate reason for Positive: Apartment is very spacious and nice, located near the beach, but to get to this beach you need to pay around 80 usd for a family of 3 ( 2 adults and child). You will need to pay even if you came just to swim, they do not allow to swim otherwise. Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable and a folding bed that stands near the main one is too low, just almost like a mattress on the floor. And it was not even prepared, so we had to search for pillows, blankets and etc. There is no way to leave your luggage or park the car before and after check in time, for us it was very important and host didn’t support us with this, taking into consideration that there is a concierge on the 1st floor 24/7, but all my requests were denied.
